Doing a take on a classic is always daunting. While I was keen on retaining that familiarity of a Black Forest I wanted to play around with textures that heroes the symbiotic pairing of chocolate & sour cherries.I aimed for simplicity to encase the internal flavour & textural complexity to create a paradox of sorts.
