Chef's Note
I realised early on that when you create for a loved one, nothing short of magic follows. In my nani's last few years she was an extremely fussy eater and she was enjoying 2 flavours more than most when it came to dessert - pistachio baklava & milka chocolate. So for her birthday I decided to create a cake that celebrates her love for the two desserts
