The sweet, nutty & buttery flavour notes of the pecan nut are further elevated by slowly caramelising them to the perfect amber. These beautiful caramelised nuts are then generously folded into fifty five percent dark, tempered chocolate and finished with a dash of Himalayan pink salt.
