Ingredients & origin
Focused on the respect and appreciation for the cacao fruit, three out of the four chocolates used in this edit are single origin chocolates that bring boast of a distinctive flavour that comes from a combination of specific origins & bean genetics. The 70% dark chocolates come from Sao Thome in central Africa and the 32% milk chocolate from the Java region of Indonesia. The blonde chocolate has milky, caramel notes with intoxicating salty undertones.
