Taking inspiration from the simple elegance of vanilla and honey we, at Vanilla Miel aim to seamlessly assimilate the aesthetics of floral art into edible creations befitting special occasions.

Vanilla Miel is an online retail space that combines high quality ingredients with contemporary artisanal chocolate techniques to create products that make you stop and wonder.

Our ingredients are carefully sourced, our chocolates hand-tempered and our flavours genuinely inspired.


Mansi Shetty: a lawyer by training, quit her corporate law job to step into the world of hospitality with no prior training but equipped with a pure passion for food. Through her practice as a lawyer and informal training in the arts, Mansi not only brings to the table a practiced business angle but also a keen sense of minimalistic art that influences the creations at Vanilla Miel. Her firm belief in sourcing quality ingredients both locally and internationally has led to the use of only high quality ingredients at Vanilla Miel.

Isha Shetty: is a qualified pastry chef who graduated from Les Roches International School of Hotel Management, Switzerland and Le Cordon Bleu, Paris. Through her degree programme in Switzerland, Isha worked at Taillens, an age-old symbol of a classic Swiss patisserie since 1943. It was here that she realized that working with artisanal cakes and chocolates is her calling and her true passion. Soon after, Isha moved to Melbourne where she worked for a few of the best names in the Australian pastry industry- Kirsten Tibbals and Paul Kennedy of Savour School, Adriano Zumbo of Zumbo and Bernard Chu of Luxbite. Isha’s time at Savour made her fall hopelessly in love with chocolate and everything beautiful that you could create with it!
