DESCRIPTION
Using the creamy notes of Belgian chocolate to balance the bitter acidity of coffee, this entremet boldly includes roasted hazelnuts to the flavour mix. With crunches, airy mouses & soft sponges fraternising, this entremet is a caffeine packed treat to your senses.
Storage
Product needs to be refrigerated upon receipt and consumed within 2 days. Ideally this needs to be taken out from the fridge 20 minutes prior to service and consumed at room temperature.

Chef’s note
When I just got into coffee as a young adult, I found my palate shocked. So I used to dollop a big spoonfull of Nutella to make my coffee ingestible. Years later my love affair with coffee has evolved but this dessert was my way of reminiscing the flavours that helped me appreciate fine coffee in it's glory!
